Job Summary
Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at events, trade shows, and retail locations by engaging potential clients, explaining product offerings, and addressing objections. Set up and dismantle event booths as required while attending team meetings to enhance event professional skills. Achieve and surpass shift goals through high-energy face-to-face communication and independent team play. Must be available weekdays and weekends, stand for 4-6 hours, and have reliable transportation. Compensation ranges from $19–$20 plus uncapped commission based on appointments set.
Required Qualifications
- A people person who enjoys initiating conversations and meeting new individuals
- High Energy and Strong face to face communication skills
- Motivated to help build the Express Flooring brand
- Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
- Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
- Reliable transportation
- A confident team player who can work independently
