Job Summary
Manage a diverse portfolio of Domestic and Commercial claims, taking ownership from inception to resolution while continuously reducing work-in-progress. Process invoices and approve estimates within five working days, issue interim fees, and ensure accurate data entry in Cq to maintain audit standards. Reduce elapsed timescales through proactive file management, identify potential fraud and recoveries, and prepare client reports in accordance with agreed SLAs. Handle out-of-hours calls via a pre-set rota and address complaints by following documented procedures. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining awareness of business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High level of Property Loss Adjuster experience
- Already hold or working towards recognized professional qualifications at a diploma level
- Accuracy, attention to detail and an analytical approach
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Demonstrable experience of organizing and managing own workload is essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment where flexibility is required to accommodate peaks and troughs in workload
- Excellent time management to be able to work to short/changing deadlines
