Job Summary
Create comprehensive estimates for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to proper disposition, utilizing mastered policy interpretations and CCC ONE or similar estimating software. Negotiate settlements, make payments, and document activities in complex files while interpreting regulatory compliance and fair claims practices. Build relationships with internal and external customers by applying estimating fundamentals across all claim severities. Assist leadership in formal and ad hoc training as a peer mentor for mastered processes. Candidates must reside in or near Seattle, Bellevue, or surrounding areas and hold an active insurance license, terminating all existing appointments prior to onboarding. Base compensation ranges from $26.49 to $50.24 per hour depending on experience level.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates should reside in or near the Seattle, Bellevue, or surrounding areas
- Must hold an active insurance license
- Must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding
- Must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment
- Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed to by the licensing team
- Must have authorization to work in the United States

- Conducting vehicle inspections
