Field Audit Analyst (3-6 months contract)

Job Summary
Review surveillance reports to identify compliance issues and assess risks, then research findings to determine investigation needs. Assist the Sales Force by decreasing their exposure to compliance risks, responding to inquiries, and communicating directly to aid remediation. Prepare audit documentation, organize regulatory reports, and administer procedural documents using Visual Basic macros and database management systems. Analyze expense reports for policy adherence and format memos while maintaining risk rankings for branch locations. This 3-6 month contract includes local travel and occasional work outside standard hours. The role requires post-secondary education, one year of financial services experience, and proficiency in MS Access, Excel, and Visual Basic. Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Post- secondary education
- Minimum one-year experience in the financial services industry
- Must have or be willing to complete the CIFC or CSC, Branch Manager and Ethics & Professional Conduct courses within one year of hire
- Must have superior skills in MS Access, Excel, Word, Visual Basic and Macros usage
- Willingness to travel locally
- Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard business hours
