Field Assistant - Roofing

Field Assistant supports the Field Supervisor by coordinating activities for roofing and siding installation projects and maintenance of building grounds. Core duties include planning, scheduling, and tracking production; running errands and assisting with supply pickup/drop-off; assisting the Warehouse with packing and loading materials; aiding with pre/post and safety inspections and documentation, including taking photos to ensure quality craftsmanship; collaborating to learn and develop skills in construction management; and potentially operating equipment such as forklifts or company trucks. Strong verbal and written communication, ability to work in both field and office settings, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), and a clean driving record are required. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred and construction experience or roofing/siding knowledge is beneficial.
