Field Assistant- Casino Operations

Serve as the primary point of contact and handle operational matters during the direct manager's absence, ensuring smooth location coverage. Develop professional relationships with managers across various sites to support location goals while assisting with overtime control and shift management. Manage collection processes, conduct compliance checks, credential evaluations, and surveillance activities, including incident report inquiries and theft investigations. Provide onsite training to new managers, cashiers, guards, and collectors, and support facilities maintenance by creating and responding to work orders. Obtain required certifications such as guard, cashier, Responsible Vendor, and ABO. Position requires 90% travel and 40 hours weekly.
