Job Summary
Provide technical support and training for analytical and scientific solutions by collaborating with sales teams and customers to deliver demonstrations, applications support, and training that enables research and innovation. Serve as a scientific advisor to help customers optimize workflows and maximize investment value while working across multiple technology platforms. Conduct product demonstrations, develop new applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and build relationships with customers through pre- and post-sales technical expertise. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D, and product management to ensure customer success and drive business growth through technical excellence. This role requires advanced or bachelor's degree experience with HPLC and mass spectrometry in fields like proteomics, metabolomics, pharma, and environmental analysis, with up to 50% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree plus 5 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of experience
- HPLC & mass spectrometry
- relevant applications such as proteomics, metabolomics, pharma & biopharma, environmental and food safety, and industrial chemical analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in technical problem-solving and method development
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong presentation and training capabilities for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel up to 30-50%
