Job Summary
Conduct customer demonstrations, sample feasibility studies, and method validation for Raman-based Process Analytical Technology solutions. Develop applications, provide technical consulting, and deliver pre-sales and post-sales application support for FTIR, Raman, UV-Vis, and NIR systems across India and neighboring markets. Train customers, sales, and service teams while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve application challenges. Identify new opportunities and support product launches, seminars, and marketing initiatives. Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle. Work standard hours Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in analytical instrumentation
- Experience working with spectroscopic techniques such as Raman, FTIR, NIR, or UV-Vis
- Strong application knowledge of FTIR, Raman, UV-Vis and NIR spectroscopy
- Excellent presentation, communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- 60% Pan India
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Molecular Spectroscopy and/or Process Analytical Technology (PAT)
- Knowledge of Raman-based PAT applications, chemometrics and process monitoring
