Job Summary
Field Applications Engineer (Temp) to support enterprise data center projects. You will coordinate with managers and cross-functional teams to help plan, implement, and maintain customer systems, assist with internal and external communications, and contribute to testing, documentation, and knowledge-base materials. Responsibilities include supporting senior engineers and management in coordinating projects for large enterprise customers, delivering hardware and software solutions, troubleshooting computing, storage, and networking environments, visiting on-site facilities to enable solution integration, presenting corporate messaging and solutions to customers, and supporting training and pre-sales activities. Some travel is required (up to 25%). Key skills include data center architectures, HW/SW integration, Linux/Windows/firmware familiarity, and strong communication and teamwork. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years’ related experience, with a focus on enterprise data center solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 0–2 years of experience in systems, hardware, or application engineering (internship or academic project experience plus)
- Basic understanding of data center architecture, CPU/GPU platforms, and storage solutions
- Solid HW system design and diagnostics skills
- Familiarity with Firmware, Linux, Windows and virtualization platforms is a plus
- Strong interest in learning about enterprise AI and advanced computing environments
- Good communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Individual must be able to work effectively in a high pressure environment
