Job Summary
Field Applications Engineer to support enterprise data center projects; collaborate with sales, PM, hardware/software teams to plan, implement, and maintain customer solutions; deploy and troubleshoot data center/server solutions using x86/ARM architectures; assist with documentation and knowledge base, participate in testing, pre-sales activities, and on-site visits; travel up to 25% to customer facilities; build and demonstrate proof-of-concept aligned with customer needs; communicate with internal teams and customers to ensure project success; strong debugging and scripting skills (BASH/Python) and familiarity with Linux/Windows environments; effective cross-functional teamwork and ability to present product messaging.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in systems, hardware, or application engineering (internship or academic project experience plus)
