Job Summary
Handle customer day-to-day calls and concerns via email, phone, and in-person meetings while providing post-sales process and system support. Conduct system demos at the office with or without the customer present, then develop and optimize applications to meet client objectives. Assist in process optimization at customer sites, install machines at facilities, and act as a technical advisor to Sales and Service groups. Prepare evaluation reports based on tests and configure systems for quoting. Travel to China and Mexico for training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Chemistry or Computer Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years of fluid applications/process engineering or field where interacting with customers in technical projects
- Industry-specific experience and familiarity in Conformal Coating or SMT processes
- Experience in working with chemicals and solvents
- Understanding of basic electronics to be used during troubleshooting
- Strong customer service, sales, and marketing experience skills
- Ability to travel to the China and Mexico for training
