Job Summary
Orchestrate timely deployments of the DeviceLink and Source Control solution for industrial automation customers, serving as their primary point of contact for troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing technical assistance. Collaborate with post-sales, product, and engineering teams to design, execute, and validate technical proofs of value, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance in real-world OT environments. Lead customer training and enablement sessions virtually and on-site to drive adoption and improve best-practice workflows while providing timely support via phone, email, and chat. Utilize expertise in PLC automation and OT networks to address custom integration requirements, secure Operational Technology networks, and resolve complex issues during pre-sales pilots. Travel up to 25% of the time to provide on-site technical guidance and ensure optimal functionality of deployed solutions across discrete manufacturing and material handling sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and network components
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience and expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation systems
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in OT networking
- Competency in the Purdue model and/or related OT network architectures
- Understanding of network security principles and practices
- At least 2 years of experience in project management
- Experience with at least one generalizable programming language such as SQL or Python
Desired Qualifications
- PLC programming and networking experience with vendors such as Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, CODESYS, Omron, Mitsubishi, Beckhoff, Fanuc, etc.
- Experience with common protocols such as FTP, SCP, sFTP, etc.
