Field Applications Engineer

Champion return on engineering investment by leveraging technical expertise to facilitate solutions for customers and drive demand creation through Arrow content. Partner with sales teams across pre- and post-sales activities to provide technical support, conduct calibrations and research with suppliers, and manage stakeholder expectations. Attend supplier trainings, strategic branch meetings, and QBRs to develop technical plans and organize engineering customer events while actively participating in ArrowEDGE initiatives. This role includes a variable compensation plan tied to sales-related goals and requires a 4-year degree with 5 years of related experience.
