Job Summary

Lead customer power architecture development, including power tree design, device selection, and system optimization for key clients in New England and Eastern Canada. Perform technical design reviews, root-cause analysis, and hands-on debug for complex analog and power-related issues while executing extensive lab work for board bring-up and validation. Drive new product evaluations and competitive positioning for the Renesas power and analog portfolio, providing direct technical guidance to accelerate designs from concept to production revenue. Deliver field feedback to product divisions to influence roadmap and feature prioritization, and develop customer training and internal enablement content. Support system-level design integration and cross-functional engagements where power is a critical dependency. BS Electrical Engineering required with 3+ years in Analog and Power Electronics; remote option available with relocation to Boston/New England preferred.
