Job Summary
Support sales as the customer's first technical contact for mature and new modalities through consulting, presentations, demonstrations, and trials. Develop deep understanding of customer challenges to provide technical qualification of opportunities and facilitate technical closure. Assist customers with first product runs, initial start-ups, and high-quality training while troubleshooting processes for quality complaint resolution. Explore new opportunities via URS analysis and technical responses to generate application trials. Report competitor product feedback to management and support territorial marketing initiatives. Fluent Mandarin required with solid English reading and writing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or life sciences related major
- Min. 2 years working experience in biopharma
- min.1 years technical related experience
- Product and application expertise for the relevant portfolio
- hands on experience for key applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid project management and problem-solving skill
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities accordingly
- Proactive, result driven and collaborative attitude
- Fluent mandarin
- solid English reading & writing
