Job Summary
Conduct on-site pre-sale presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training for Sartorius BioAnalytics Incucyte systems. Work with sales colleagues to drive instrument usage, identify customer needs, and guide experimental optimization. Perform product demonstrations by establishing detailed experimental plans and assist with assay set-up while training relevant lab personnel. Provide remote support sessions, collect customer feedback to drive new product development, and maintain diligent CRM records of all interactions. Expect up to 15% overnight travel on business days. This role supports the fight against cancer and dementia by translating scientific discoveries into real-world medicine faster.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science Biology or related field
- 2+ years of field experience in a similar application scientist/technical support role OR combination of lab experience with customer support roles
- 2+ years of experience training lab personnel in using instruments and software
- Extensive experience in cell biology, cell culture, microscopy techniques and image analysis
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Must be able to travel up to 15% overnight on business days
- Must be located in New York, NY or Boston, MA
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD
- Experience with immune oncology, organoid-based assays, and/or image-based viability assays
