Job Summary
Conduct installations, qualification packages, and training for complex scientific instruments including particle size, zeta potential, and gas sorption analyzers while ensuring customer success. Maintain high-level expertise across assigned product lines and deliver Pharmaceutical Qualification Packages (PQP). Interact with clients ranging from quality control technicians to university professors and CEOs, requiring exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills. This role involves up to 80% travel including overnight trips and requires a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or materials science plus one year of experience with assigned analytical methods. Based in Sacramento, CA (Portland, OR and Seattle, WA may work), this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Conduct installations and qualification packages, training, and ensure customer success
- Maintain high level of expertise across assigned and other product lines
- Delivery of PQP (Pharmaceutical Qualification Packages)
- Travel (up to 80%, including overnight)
- 1 year of experience with assigned analytical methods
- Exceptional communications skills (written, oral, and presentation) for interactions with clients ranging from quality Control Technicians to University Professors and CEOs
- Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or materials science
- This position is not eligible for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship
