Job Summary
Collaborate with sales representatives on client visits to serve as a technical advisor, conducting sample demonstrations and test runs in the application laboratory. Develop and implement new methods and technologies to provide effective solutions for clients, while delivering post-sales technical support including software training, troubleshooting, and method development. Gain in-depth understanding of clients' current and future needs to design corresponding application strategies, and engage with the scientific community through key projects, publications, and conference presentations. Work closely with suppliers and partners to ensure systematic solutions are delivered to both new and existing customers.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Analytical Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in method development using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Ultraviolet Spectroscopy (UV), and Thermal Analysis (TEA) systems
- Particular familiarity with TEA and its hyphenated technologies and related applications
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and coordinate internal and external resources to solve problems and effectively address customer needs
- Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning
