Job Summary
Provide scientific expertise and support to customers, sales teams, and internal partners to resolve complex analytical challenges using chromatography and mass spectrometry techniques; conduct product training for Enterprise software remotely or on-site, support software implementations at key customer sites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor methodologies, troubleshoot, and analyze data; stay informed on current literature and regulatory requirements, and deliver technical presentations to highlight capabilities of Enterprise software across clinical, environmental, food safety, and pharmaceutical markets; travel up to 75% to customer sites and training centers; requires a bachelor’s degree in chemistry/biochemistry or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Chromeleon CDS and data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of technical experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments, software, data analysis
- Experience with Chromeleon CDS is required
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- willingness to travel up to 75%
- ability to provide post-sales training and remote/on-site support
- experience with data interpretation and statistical methods
