Job Summary
Technical Support Engineer in Amersfoort providing first-line product and application support for datacom/networking equipment (routers, switches, extenders, converters, modems) across Ethernet, xDSL, serial, mobiel and WLAN. You set up and test configurations in the support lab, assist customers and colleagues, conduct on-site trainings, and collaborate with a global team to improve customer satisfaction. Open to recent graduates, with a preference for some support experience; requires IT/Networking education (MBO+/HBO) and fluent Dutch and English; Cisco CCNA/CCNP or similar preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde MBO+ of HBO opleiding richting IT/Informatica, datacommunicatie en/of netwerken
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
- Cisco-certificeringen zoals CCNA/CCNP of vergelijkbaar (pré)
