Field Application Engineer (m/w/d)

Conduct technical calibrations and research with sales, suppliers, and Arrow departments to facilitate customer design solutions. Champion return on engineering investment by obtaining buy-in from sales teams and driving demand creation through Arrow content optimization. Partner across pre- and post-sales activities to provide consulting support, manage stakeholder expectations, and organize engineering customer events. Attend supplier trainings and strategic branch meetings to develop technical plans and participate in ArrowEDGE initiatives. This role includes a sales compensation plan with variable pay tied to specific goals.
