Job Summary
Field Application Engineer at KLA focused on Technical Support and Pre-Sales/Project management to drive adoption of new tools at customer sites; creates recipes for production support, trains operators and engineers, analyzes tool performance, identifies priorities and milestones, develops value propositions for executive meetings, and maintains strong customer communication while coordinating with sales/marketing. Requires strong knowledge in Advanced Optics, IC process, semiconductor technologies, excellent presentation/communication skills, project management experience, and bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
- Naitive level Japanese skill (N1 above)
- Business level English skill
