Job Summary
Field Application Engineer drives design-win opportunities by articulating technical value propositions, interfacing with customer engineering teams and supplier partners, and performing pre/post-sales support, design and development activities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing technical sales account penetration strategies, uncovering and translating customer design requirements from system level down to component level, coordinating with design, production, and engineering teams to craft full solutions, delivering technical training to sales teams, creating technical presentations and sales tools, and managing complex, global accounts with significant business impact. Requires deep expertise across product lifecycles, market knowledge, and ability to influence senior stakeholders; candidate will act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams and may coach others on technical sales approaches. Minimum 4+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience are expected, with English fluency. This role is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and involves in-person engagement with clients and partners in the region.
