Job Summary
Coordinate customer demonstrations, instrument installations, and hands-on experiments by preparing demo instruments, materials, and reagents. Manage demo logistics, shipping schedules, and laboratory readiness while maintaining CRM records and project tracking. Support marketing events, trade shows, and scientific conferences by coordinating event logistics, preparing collateral, and assisting with onsite setup and customer support. Assist the Senior Vice President with administrative activities, expense reports, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel 45–65% to support field applications and customer engagements.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Biology, Bioengineering, or a related Life Science discipline.
- Laboratory experience in molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, or related areas.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects and team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel 45–65% to support customer demonstrations, instrument installations, and marketing events.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in laboratory, customer site, warehouse, and conference environments.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with laboratory operations, event or project coordination is a plus.
