Job Summary
Lead and govern Field & Channel Enablement for Greater Asia, driving rollout of global programs into country execution; align strategy, pricing, and delivery while using data-driven insights to improve productivity, quality, and growth. Responsibilities include program & portfolio enablement across lifecycle, translating global strategies to localized plans, leading change management to ensure adoption of new programs, tools, and processes, analyzing data to identify gaps and opportunities, cross-functional leadership across Field, Channel, Sales, and Support, defining governance and SLAs, and engaging stakeholders at global, regional, and country levels. Required: 7–10 years in program management/service operations/business transformation; experience in multi-country/regional roles; strong stakeholder management, influencing, and change-management capabilities. Preferred: background in Field Services or channel/partner ecosystems; PM/change-management certifications. This role schedules as Full-time in India (HP) and focuses on building a high-performing enablement team with measurable outcomes in productivity, quality, cost, and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in program management, service operations, or business transformation
- Proven experience in multi-country/regional roles
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in change management and program deployment
