Job Summary
Field and Apprenticeship Administration Manager leads apprenticeship program administration, DOL compliance, and training operations within RES’s Operational Workforce Management. Oversees apprenticeship enrollment, training logistics, and compliance reporting; directly supervises the Field Training Administrator; serves as primary liaison for DOL auditing and apprenticeship lifecycle management; coordinates training entry across LMS/Hub and various vendors, including Paylocity, DocuSign, and RAPIDS; manages on-the-job training hours, Davis-Bacon certificates, and related reporting; partners with Compliance, HR, and field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory adherence; role supports a skilled, compliant craft workforce for RES renewable energy projects and drives continuous improvement in apprenticeship and training administration.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool/GED General Education is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Workforce Development, or a related field; or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Notary Public certification is required.
- NCCER Certified Administrator or equivalent certification is preferred.
- HR/Workforce Administration certification is required.
- CPR/First Aid/AED Trainer certification is required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or related credential is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in apprenticeship administration, compliance, workforce program coordination, or HR/compliance operations, preferably in a construction or field services environment, is required.
- 5+ years of administrative, program management, or operations coordination experience is required.
- 5+ years of experience in construction, renewable energy, or a related industry is required.
- Advanced knowledge in: DOL apprenticeship program regulations, RAPIDS system, and prevailing wage requirements; Apprenticeship application and lifecycle management processes (Paylocity, DocuSign, RAPIDS); Vendor and purchase order (PO) management processes; QEW documentation standards and compliance processes.
- Intermediate knowledge in: Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent workflow; Collaboration across organizational levels; Relationship-building; Proficiency with LMS/Hub/Procore/Cornerstone/Passport Card; Proficiency in MS Office; Detail-oriented with strong written communication; Accountability, collaboration, communication, continuous improvement, and excellence.
