Job Summary
Field Analytics Advisor is a Workday Poland-based BI role focused on turning complex data into actionable insights across the Revenue Operations organization. You will own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle—from extracting, transforming, and validating data using SQL and Python to building interactive dashboards and reports in Sigma and Tableau. You’ll leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to accelerate data exploration and scale insight generation, collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions, and establish reusable metrics and documentation to ensure data trust. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering practical, reliable analytics to guide decisions, with a flexible work approach balancing in-office and remote arrangements within Poland.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytics role
- Practical experience with latest AI tools
- Practical experience with data manipulation, analysis, or automation
- Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or similar
- Strong proficiency with Excel and G‐Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) for analysis and communication
- Professional experience working in a data‐driven environment, supporting business stakeholders with reporting and insights
- SQL/Python knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
