Job Summary
Perform on-site/on-call avionics, electrical, and mechanical maintenance on AOG aircraft as part of Gulfstream's Field Airborne Support Team; travel up to 100% across the West Coast with on-call availability and dispatch within two hours of contact; act as single-point-of-contact with customers during road trips, communicating aircraft schedules and return-to-service expectations; conduct troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and FAA requirements; requires strong independent work and the ability to operate with minimal supervision while coordinating with Tech Ops, warranty, and field service representatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 8 years aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical)
- A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license
- Valid Driver’s License
- Passport (ability to obtain)
