Job Summary
Conduct in-home interviews and present Universal Technical Institute programs to high schools and educational institutions within a 120-mile radius of San Diego. Develop partnerships with dealerships, industry partners, and local communities while maintaining CRM databases for thorough follow-up. Present to educators at offsite events and answer prospective student questions using technical knowledge of programs and financing options. Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment goals through effective outreach while adhering to all compliance criteria and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have good understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to analyze and report data
- Strong presentation and sales skills
- Must be able to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced and results oriented environment
- Must be able to prioritize their schedules to maximize time
- Must currently live in and commute throughout San Diego, CA and the surrounding areas
- Must be able to conduct informative and professional in-home interviews
- Must be able to maintain CRM database
- Must be able to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly department enrollment goals
- Must be able to adhere to all compliance criteria and procedures established by external regulatory bodies
