Field Adjuster - Tri-County (Local Only)

Job Summary
Manage, investigate, and resolve assigned property claims by communicating with independent adjusters, negotiating settlements, and analyzing written information. Prepare detailed damage estimates using Xactimate or related software, review multiple policy forms, and generate reports based on policy language. Perform physical inspections by climbing ladders to assess roofs while carrying a 40-pound ladder. Support catastrophe operations as needed, including working extended hours during designated events. This role requires a valid driver's license, a property insurance license, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish. A vehicle is provided at the company's discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Must live in the area or be willing to relocate
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years property field adjusting experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must possess Insurance License
- Possession of other state license as required by management
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Computer savvy
- Basic calculator skills
- Working knowledge of ISO policies
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to climb on ladders to inspect roofs
- Ability to carry a 40-pound ladder
- Supports catastrophe operations as needed to include working extended hours during designated CATs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience writing Property estimates using Xactimate or related software
