Job Summary
Collect payments from delinquent customers via phone and in-person visits, documenting correspondence and processing receipts. Operate delivery trucks to transport merchandise to customer locations, loading and unloading trucks, and obtaining signatures on receipts for pickups or deliveries. Manage daily work logs, vehicle inspections, and maintenance records while adhering to delivery and customer service standards. Perform warehouse tasks including stocking shelves, assembling merchandise, and grounds keeping as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- six (6) months experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
- six months experience in payment collections or general office procedures
- any combination of training, experience and education which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position
- Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver's License
