Job Summary
Locate, notify, and secure payments from customers with delinquent accounts; travel to customers’ homes to collect payments and assist with repossessions of merchandise; load/unload trucks and deliver merchandise to customers’ homes or businesses; prepare paperwork for potential legal action; log work activities; operate office equipment and assist with warehouse duties and general maintenance; ensure vehicle safety and compliance with delivery standards; maintain customer records and provide customer service during collections and deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
- 6 months experience in payment collections or general office procedures
- valid State Driver’s License
