Field Account Representative, Coffee Service Routes

Job Summary
Run scheduled stops delivering coffee, tea, and related items while rotating stock and maintaining beverage station compliance. Sanitize equipment daily, complete one CQC per day, and manage invoices, inventory, and collections. Surface issues to the Area Sales Manager, close distribution voids, execute seasonal promotions, and apply the Farmer Brothers customer call process to drive sales. Support inventory cycle counts, warehouse operations, and basic equipment repairs. Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with overtime as needed. Valid Driver's License and successful DOT physical required. High School Diploma required; route delivery and foodservice experience preferred. Farmer Brothers seeks a proactive, business-savvy relationship-builder to own territory performance and elevate the customer experience.
Required Qualifications

- Clean, strong driving record
