Job Summary
Field Account Manager responsible for in-store sales and offline promotion of Sony products at allocated de-centrally buying clients. Focus on maintaining and expanding relationships, planning customer visits, achieving sales and profit targets, managing accounts in a multi-channel retail environment, and coordinating product ranging and stock targets. Collaborates with Marketing, Brand Activation, and Sales Management to bridge communication between Sony and customers; develops promotional and communication plans; emphasizes strong commercial mindset, data analysis, and model of ongoing improvement. Office located in Hoofddorp near Schiphol/Park20|20 with hybrid/flexible working policies.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in consumer electronics or FMCG is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to train store staff and drive sell-out
- Experience with multi-channel retailing and e-commerce knowledge
- Higher education preferred with commercial background
