Job Summary
Drive revenue growth by proactively selling the Lab Essentials portfolio within the assigned territory (Seattle Metro, Portland Metro, Western Canada) and manage sales results for mid-size and large accounts in line with organizational strategy. Build and sustain strong customer relationships to enable long-term partnerships; actively use Salesforce (SFDC) to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions; develop and execute account plans with cross-functional teams; promote newly launched products and services; assess customer needs and recommend solutions; travel up to 35% to cover the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or engineering
- At least 3 years of field sales experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM systems, proactive daily usage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the territory
