Job Summary
Field Account Manager role responsible for growing revenue within an assigned book of business through a total solution approach. Manages customer roadmap retention plans to protect base revenue, develops and executes account/territory plans, forecasts revenue, builds key contacts and relationships, supports National Account Manager with on-site visits and product demonstrations, positions LexisNexis Risk Solutions as solutions to customer issues, handles objections and negotiates pricing/contracts to close sales, identifies incremental opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborates with sales support and technical implementation teams to meet customer needs. Requires 5+ years sales experience and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); strong communication, forecasting, and teamwork skills; up to 20% travel. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years proven sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, etc. or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and forecasting skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
