Job Summary
Exceeds sales and profit targets in a designated territory by implementing sales and marketing programs and establishing both short and long-term sales strategies. This role drives growth by securing profitable new accounts through industry research, networking, and proactive prospecting. Key responsibilities include managing sales and customer retention initiatives, generating strategic sales call schedules, utilizing cold call strategies, and collaborating with inside sales. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field and possess significant experience in B2B sales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Certification is required in some areas
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Experience using various sales techniques such as Consultative or Solution Based Selling
Additional Requirements
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is required
