Job Summary
Field Account Manager for ClassPass in the NYC region focused on growing a portfolio of top-tier fitness and wellness partners through strategic upselling and retention. Will spend ~70-80% of time in the field, conducting in-person visits, drop-ins, and meetings to deepen relationships, surface partner pain points, and position ClassPass solutions. Requires blending field and inside sales tactics, building a strong local presence in the fitness and wellness community, and consistently exceeding upsell and engagement goals. Travel by car or flight to regional markets is expected, with flexible schedules to maximize customer engagement and territory coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales or account management experience
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Strong negotiation skills with a solutions-first approach
- Deep knowledge of regional fitness and wellness market or active professional connections
- Comfort using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft tools to manage pipeline and partner success
