Job Summary
Exceeds sales and profit targets in a designated territory by implementing sales and marketing programs and establishing both short and long-term sales strategies. Drives growth by securing profitable new accounts through industry research, networking, and proactive prospecting. Manages an established portfolio of customers to maintain and drive MRO sales in the Atlanta South/West region, including face-to-face customer visits, pipeline development, and collaboration with inside sales. Requires operation of a personal vehicle (>50% of average work week) and adherence to MVR requirements. Utilizes Salesforce and Excel for data analysis, pricing tactics, and CRM-based activity tracking to achieve targeted sales outcomes and account growth.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in a related discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Certification is required in some areas
