Job Summary
Field Account Manager responsible for developing and strengthening customer relationships while driving sales growth, program success, and customer satisfaction within assigned industrial accounts. Role requires serving as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying opportunities, coordinating with strategic supplier partners, delivering exceptional service, conducting site visits and discovery meetings, performing product demonstrations and end-user training, supporting maintenance activities, projects, turnarounds, and procurement initiatives, and maintaining accurate account records in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of industrial, instrumentation, maintenance, reliability, or related experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as required
