Job Summary

As a Field Account Manager, you will strengthen relationships with existing clients and drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, optimizing operational efficiencies, analyzing performance metrics, and overseeing account maintenance and product integration. You will maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, educate clients on products, and manage strategic marketing initiatives. Success is measured by client advocacy, account growth, and retention.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and business software
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and project management skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in fast-paced environments

Desired Qualifications

  • Automotive marketing experience preferred, particularly in Fixed Operations Marketing
  • Experience in digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in performance data analysis and strategy adjustment
  • Strong public speaking and training facilitation skills

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
