Job Summary
Field Sales Executive to expand our merchant base in the fitness and wellness space, traveling 70–80% to visit prospective merchants, manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, and achieve acquisition quotas. Must be in-person-focused with a track record of outbound field sales, relationship-building in local markets, pipeline management, and experience using Salesforce or similar tools. Responsibilities include prospecting, pitching, onboarding new businesses, attending local events, negotiating terms, and leveraging a field-first approach to drive growth in the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of outbound field sales experience
- Full-cycle sales methodology expertise
- Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
- Familiarity with local industries (fitness, wellness, spas, or related sectors) and existing networks a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite
