Field Access Manager (FAM)- Southeast

Field Access Manager (FAM) executes field-based, customer-facing education on access and reimbursement for Averitas products within assigned geographies. Partners with KAMs and internal stakeholders to drive access strategies, remove barriers in patient journeys, and enable integration of products into provider office workflows. Responsibilities include delivering face-to-face (and virtual) education to accounts, coordinating with the Averitas Patient HUB, engaging in c-suite meetings at private practices or hospitals, addressing questions related to QUTENZA reimbursement and ordering, analyzing and resolving payer issues, supporting local coverage decisions, and ensuring compliant, high-quality customer interactions. The role requires travel to account sites, collaboration with Field Sales and leadership, and adherence to HIPAA and internal compliance guidelines. Strong presentation and communication skills, aptitude for problem-solving, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment are essential. Desired background includes experience in market access, payer account management, and buy-and-bill processes for specialty products, with an emphasis on revenue cycle, formulary, coding, and appeals.
