Job Summary
Fidelity Leap Technology Immersion Program in Dublin/ Galway for graduates: a 12-week, learner-centered program designed to prepare graduates to become technologists, with self-directed learning, coaching, instructor-led sessions, and hands-on project work. Upon completion, graduates are placed into a Fidelity Technology team. The program includes self-directed learning paths, technical training, and an end-to-end software development focus (web and application development) within an Agile, globally diverse environment, with a portion of flexibility for remote working. Ideal candidates have experience with OO-based languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, JQuery), strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a keen interest in financial services. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience is preferred, with prior technology-related internship/experience beneficial but not essential. The workplace supports hybrid working arrangements across Dublin and Galway, Ireland.
