FICC Transformation Project Management - Senior Associate

Job Summary
Lead multiple transformation projects and workstreams from initiation through delivery. Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking. Run governance routines, including meeting cadences, materials, action tracking, and escalations. Partner with stakeholders across operations, technology, trading and sales, data and analytics, finance, legal, compliance, and human resources to align priorities and deliver outcomes. Collect, analyze, and synthesize operational and financial data to inform decisions and recommendations. Develop clear status reporting and communications for senior leadership audiences. Identify risks, issues, and blockers, and drive timely resolution and decision-making. Design, document, and improve operational processes and ways of working. Support business case development, benefits tracking, and results measurement. Contribute to change management planning to support adoption and sustained outcomes. Use digital tools to enable scalable solutions, automation, and improved transparency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end projects, including scoping, planning, implementation, and results tracking
- Experience running project governance and producing clear status reporting for senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating and delivering presentations
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and work with operational and financial data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Proven ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and drive practical solutions in a fast-changing environment
- Experience in markets and/or financial services operations and familiarity with regulatory, control, and reporting considerations in an operations environment
- Experience delivering digitization, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives
