Job Summary
Price and hedge FX options products, including vanilla, barrier, and structured derivatives, while managing client-flow activities within authorized risk limits. Develop and optimize volatility trading strategies across spot FX, forwards, NDFs, and cross-asset products, and lead the validation of pricing models. Monitor market risk exposures, volatility surfaces, skew, and correlation risks, and drive automation of pricing and hedging processes. Collaborate with Structuring and Sales to design customized risk management solutions for institutional and corporate clients. Expand hedging channels through interbank counterparties and global liquidity providers to enhance execution efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Physics, Statistics, or other quantitative disciplines
- 10+ years of experience in FX options trading
- strong understanding of FX markets, including FX Spot, Forwards, NDFs, FX Options, and structured FX products
- Solid knowledge of FX option pricing methodologies, risk management frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in quantitative and analytical tools such as Python, VBA, and SQL
