Job Summary
Lead design and development of customized credit solutions for institutional clients, including credit-linked notes (CLNs), total return swaps (TRS) on credit assets, credit options, and portfolio credit derivatives. Conduct in-depth analysis of credit markets (corporate bonds, CDS, credit indices), monitor credit spreads and regulatory considerations, and ensure solutions align with capital efficiency and risk-return objectives. Collaborate with legal, risk, and operations to establish product trading, booking, and settlement workflows; propose product enhancements; ensure compliance with internal risk policies and external regulatory requirements. Drive coordination with Sales & Trading to originate and execute credit transactions, enhance product competitiveness, and improve client engagement. Required to be highly collaborative, with fluency in Mandarin and English.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 7+ years of structuring experience focusing on credit products (credit derivatives, structured credit, corporate bonds, or CDS)
- Experience with credit solutions for institutional clients preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
