Job Summary
Hand laminate, vacuum form, and bond plastics such as ABS, kydex, and plexiglass. Grind fiberglass with power hand tools in shop and on rides, then remove, repair, and install seatbelts and upholstery. Fabricate pans from polyester resin and urethane foam, while preparing patterns, pulling tools, and assembling fabricated parts. Requires four years of fiberglass assembly experience and basic knowledge of plastic materials and adhesives. Full availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to prepare a pattern and pull a tool or a part
- Ability to assemble and install fabricated pans
- Basic knowledge of plastic materials, adhesive and fasteners
- Four-year experience in fiberglass assembly and polyester resin hand laminating
- Good mechanical skills
- Full availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
