Job Summary
FTTH Program Manager responsible for aligning residential fiber deployment with sales goals, designing and tracking rollout projects, and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to installation. Key duties include optimizing end-to-end order-to-install workflows, coordinating with dispatch, installers, and district managers, maintaining project documentation and KPI dashboards, applying Agile/Waterfall methodologies, leading cross-functional stakeholder communication, and mitigating project risks. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 2–3 years in technical/business/telecom coordination, strong telecommunications and fiber network knowledge, project-management proficiency, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Salary noted for CO applicants is $70,000. Hybrid remote work is available in NE, IA, CO, or IN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2–3 years coordinating technical, business, or telecommunications processes
- Deep understanding of telecommunications services, fiber networks, or residential sales cycles
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills to measure performance and KPIs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and organizational skills
