Job Summary
Install and troubleshoot MetroNet fiber services from the terminal to Customer Premise Equipment (CPE); perform basic to advanced installations, disconnects and service changes for residential and business customers; provide in-depth customer education on MetroNet products and services; earn commissions by explaining MetroNet services; work with customers professionally and meet key performance metrics; perform on-call rotation after regular hours; travel for training or as needed; operate and maintain company vehicle/equipment safely; lift and carry up to 75 lbs; includes company-provided tools, vehicle and training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license/Satisfactory driving record
- Experience with telecom/fiber company preferred but not required
